New Year signifies hope to each every individual from different walks of life. Another year to make things right again. A time to look forward and I must include not to mourn so much from the past. The lessons that we must all learned from and make it a habit or at least to assure ourselves that it won’t never happened and will never crossed our way again. Thus, it political issues, it is a long story to tell.
The year 2010 is a significant time for our nation because; we are to elect the next leaders of our beloved country. This will go down in history as the Philippines first ever-automated election. That all of us will soon encounter.
Moreover, if the automated elections assure us of finally having a clean, honest, speedy and credible election, we still have our biggest opponent that awaits us. The challenge to choose the right leader wisely with our careful selection. In addition, that goes to the presidential elections down to its constituents.
Iam one of those first time voters and gladly one of those who would use the trusted automated election this coming May. Thou, the countdown to celebrate the New Year was officially over, there will be another countdown to watch for. And you know what I mean.
We may all learn from the past so that it will not ruin our future.
Much has been said about our government, some do not even bother to participate to the coming election for the reason that most of them do not see the changes if our country will have a new leader. Thus, the biggest even for them will be a waste of time. We cannot blame them if they do not feel the essence in choosing the leader who will govern them for the next four years.Let us turn the exciting year rightfully with conscience.
Who will ya vote for... a candidate that is rich but don't have the brain? Or a candidate that has a brain but not rich? :)
